General Information

Rent Payments

Pay rent online via the Zego (PayLease) or mail rent payments to:

Please Note: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from you account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from you account as soon as the same day we receive your payment and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Repair Requests

If you have a minor repair, please submit a repair request online, or you may call our office at 512.693.4772.

If this is an emergency, something affecting life or causing property damage, please call 512.693.4772, follow the prompts to get to the afterhours emergency answering service. If necessary, call 911 before calling our office.

Please Note: The Emergency Service is expressly for emergencies. An emergency is defined as anything causing excessive damage to the property or threat to life. For instance, unstoppable running water inside the property, sewage backing up into the property, or an electrical hazard where injury to self, others or fire is imminent. In extreme heat air conditioning and in extreme cold heaters can be reported but service will be based on availability of the service company. Accidental lock outs are not emergencies and are usually a tenant charge.
